RETURN POLICY

At Chalk we want you to love and be happy with your purchase. However if your order is not to your satisfaction we shall be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange minus postage fees. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.

Please Note:

  • In compliance with current health and hygiene regulations, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings

  • Items must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition.

  • We recommend all returns are sent using an insured and recorded delivery service.

  • Chalk does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.

  • Refunds will only be made to the Paypal / account used to purchase the goods with.

  • Paypal / card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.

  • Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We will gladly accept any exchanges within 14 days of the date of purchase.

    Items are returned within 14 days of date of purchase or order delivery.
  • Items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered , unsoiled and undamaged and in original packaging
